John Yoder (b. 11 Jan 1809, d. 8 Apr 1890) and Sarah Baer (Bahr) (b. 5 Apr 1820, d. 3 Dec 1898). This is Gertrude (Strausser) Hill's great-great-grand-parents. As a young girl, Gert remembers seeing Sarah in the hospital bed, thinking it was odd that she still wore her bonnet. The Yoder line were Dunkerds.

Milton J. Hill's uncle in family burial plot. His is the only stone, so possibly his parents (Jacob & Maria) are there with no marker?

Farm, barn and house; Originally part of the Hill homestead, for a time lived in by Johann Jacob and Magdalena (Strasser or Strausser) Hill.

This sign was on the property owned by Jacob & Magdalena (Strausser) Hill. (The farm later owned by Jimmy & Eva Schoppell, currently owned by Ernest Miller). The sign is treasured and still in the family.
